Printing labels over the web can be tricky and the reason is that the printer may not have the settings (for printing/size).
To resolve this open the report in Crystal Reports Designer and go into pagesetup (File-> Page setup) and change the settings (pagesetup.png)
Preview the report (in Crystal Reports Designer) and re-upload to CRM.
